Adriana Boats, Adriana Boats d.o.o. (adriana-boats.com), a small shipyard that we intended to turn into a high quality one-stop shop in the Adriatic. We attempted this with the projects specifically targeted at the charter boats market niche. The fact that the brand still exists proves that we nailed the niche, and the boats sell themselves (even with little or no marketing). A high quality one stop shop was never created. We did not reach the necessary critical mass of highly skilled professionals in non-technical parts of business.

The younger sister of the Adriana 44. Its technology was adapted to the abilities of the shipbuilder, resulting in a very good quality product built using simple production methods. Equally well accepted in the local market. A good size to own in a charter management.

All of it, from the CONCEPT DESIGN to the DETAIL DESIGN. Various alterations in later stages, to work boats, and even as a passenger vessel for Lake Balaton in Hungary.
